History of Eagle Eye OpticsThe company's owner lived in Checklosovakia, which is where one of the two European glass company's are located. Eagle Eye Optics began selling optics in Europe in 1992. The company's goal was to produce a quality scope that the average working man could afford. In 2005, Eagle Eye Optics Company moved to the United States, settling in Phoenix, AZ. Eagle Eye Optics uses all European glass and components in manufacturing. The turrets are ball and detent construction, opposed to friction disk, making for a positive adjustment. The gears inside are made of brass not plastic. All Eagle Eye Optics come with a Lifetime Warranty. They are Guaranteed to be fog proof, shock proof and water proof. The scopes are clear from edge to edge and have a generous 3.5 - 3.75 inches of eye relief. In early 2005, I became a distributor for Eagle Eye Optics. I have most items here in stock, as well as selling at gun shows. I have changed several of my rifles to Eagle Eye Optic scopes, which includes a 300 Weatherby Mag with no problems. Our customers have put Eagle Eye Optics on various caliber rifles, which includes 300 Ultra mags, 458's, and many other hard hitting calibers. There is even a customer with one on a 50 cal rifle. The last I heard he was approaching 1,000 rounds and still no problems. There is a difference between an inexpensive scope and a cheap scope.
